They have Kq's all the way to level 79 in and you have 2 choices at level 20 on which Kq you want to do.

Cool. Is one quest harder than the other one for that lvl 20 KQ?

Well they have different level ranges but they overlap 20 and probably a couple other levels.

17-25 & 20-32

17-25 Kq, it is impossible to pass! I failed three times and only won 1 time due through some sort of glitch.

It is tough I havent beat it yet but these KQ's come with a quest that goes along with the reward that you do.
