Hotkey Bar Question!
 

Why, when I look at some screen shots, do I see people with two hotkey bars with two of the same kind of skills, but just different levels on each of them? How does this help? oo;

I've never seen that o: I don't even see a reason for it @_@

Some skills have different levels/degrees of usefulness/times when different tiers are more useful

eg:-you don't want to use a heal 10 that uses 130+sp and heals 1000+HP when the person is only damaged by 300....you use a lower lvl heal.

I have it set up that way because I sometimes I'm running low on SP and dun want to pot/stone on a monster that is close to dying so I just cast a lower lvl spell. Or sometimes I'm in such a party where I want to conserve SP a little more.

I used to do that... for soloing, i only needed lv 6 heal, whereas, for partying in higher leveled places or mini dragon kq, i use lv 8 heal. my heals are on 4/shift+4, and i just swap them whenever i need the higher or lower leveled one. (low lv spells save sp)

Depending on my situation, I use different level of skills for different things. It also depends on my mood and what I am currently fighting.

Anyway I do that on my fighter some with Kick, I use level 1 if I am soloing to pull a mob out and save SP, but I have to use level 2 when i party to pull agro from this mage that is 5 levels above me who yells at me if I don't get agro from her (not going to mention any names but she just posted in here)
