Sand Hill must not like me...there are 2 bugs...
 

So in Sand Hill not only will it not let me complete the Henneath Alliance Mission (it won't let me talk to Julian! I just click on her and nothing happens) but whenever I use a return scroll to the camp on Sand Hill, it doesn't work. Can someone help me out?

It is most likely bugged. You will have to wait for a patch that fixes it.

Hm... mebbe? I'm pretty sure my Sand Hill return scroll doesn't work. But I haven't been back to Sand Hill to check on the quest.

Yeah the scroll for Sand Hill was supposed to be fixed... I forget we actually have a 4th town. It makes you wonder what kind of conspiracies may be going on in that dusty village.

The Sand Hill guards look cool...

I know I'm stating the obvious, but it's not blocked for everybody.

They wear level 70 armor, I believe.

Most of them are 84-90. And 80 weapons. But yeah, the store and inner-camp NPC's are 70.

I want their bows. But not as bad as I want that Beak of Canary....
