Outspark's Official Leveling Guide Question

In the third paragraph, you can read this:

Ok... I know that some of these things are true... but according to this DEX increases attack speed and SPR affects cooldown times?? I haven't observed this to be true. Yet, it IS the Official Outspark guide.

What do you guys think?

I reported their flaws in it. I find it kind of funny that they got it wrong.

Lol, I did it last night. STR doesn't give defense, and INT doesn't give magic resistance. And none of the stats effect cooldown from what I know...

Unless the game is wrong o.o Now I don't know what to think!! lol jk. I'm sure they just got the guide wrong.

Who did they have write the guide? I don't think it was anybody who has ever played the game past lvl 10, lol.

Pfft, I wish DEX and SPR did that. Looks like stat description from another game... o.O

Kinda seems like they've never played the game o.O

I know! Wouldn't it be cool! My +18 SPR (soon enough to be +25) would rock! I'd spam spells at those mobs so fast they'd fall over from being dizzy XD
