Zooming In & Out

My friend is having troubles with the scroller on his mouse. We CAN NOT get it to work (zoom in / out). Does anyone know of a way to zoom in / out while in-game other than the mouse scroller? Help greatly apprectiated and I'll award +1 rep to the person who can help the best. Thanks =)

Use page up/page down.

yup~ i believe pressing "page up" and "page down" zooms in and out too~ (next to home/end, insert/delete)
