Roms and Emus
 

Well ive been dieing to make a guide on how to set up ROMs and Emulators but im not sure if it is acceptable to post. The reason why i ask is because in america having roms on your comp is illegal. Unless you actually own the game itself. But in other countries it is perfectly acceptable. So perhaps i can add in "Download only if you own the original game or at your own risk" Warning somewhere in the guide. And if you are not sure what they are, heres some quick info on it. They are pretty much things you can download onto your computer which makes it so you can play Ps1 and any game that ever came out on it in the world for free. Same with every other game system. So give me the heads up if it will be alright please.
