Japanese version. And the Outspark version is the English version, they are not associated with the Japanese one. The Japanese one is published by High 5 Entertainment, this Fiesta, Outspark.

If you are banned it'd say something about ID and what not.

I dont think you are banned because I had that the other day and am able to still logn now I thnk it was Because the new patch coming
