My Valentine's Menu

Ok well I didn't book a place to go to with my gf for valentines so I thought I would try to cook a nice meal at home. So far I'm making a menu of food that I'll cook... Please help me out XD

Please don't laugh at my ideas...

(1.) Crumbed Tomaté Chicken Breast (Fresh dough crumbed free range chicken breast slowly oven roasted over warm coals served with a baby roma tomato sauce)

Chicken nugget with tomato sauce...

(2.) Chicken, Egg and Cheese Compoté (Pan fried egg and cheese omelette slices wrapped in a warm array of sliced chicken breast with a drizzle of olive oil dressing)

Fried egg wrapped in those chicken slices you get in packs (i have some at home..)

(3.) Abalone Birds Nest Style Chinese Noodle Soup (Authentic birds nest style egg noodle simmered in an abalone flavoured broth with a hint of summer oils and seasoning)

Instand noodles..

That's all I have so far...

Help me think of more really cool sounding names for dishes that are easy to make XD

What about your other lover??? I'm sure hes hungry too!

Interesting menu you got there. For some reason it reminds me of when my dad would make me dinner when I was little. Mmm... mashed potatoes and pizza.

Mashed Potatoes! But use half sweet potato (the ones that are orange inside) and normal potatoes. Boil em til they're really soft... then "mash". Add salt and pepper along with cream and a spoon of cream cheese. Mix it til it's creamy.

It was a recipe made by 'mistake'... was supposed to separate the sweet potatoes for another dish but... didn't happen. It's super yummy... couldn't stop tasting it. xD

Ohh we made something similar once but we used carrots instead of sweet potato...

but ur version sounds more yummy XD
