Where to find these items..
 

I need to find Power Scrolls to make them.
The power Tier[1]
Shield Tier[1]

Moving this to question and inquiries ^^

1. Quests.

2. You can make them if you have Scroll Production.

3. Buy them from vendors.

By them from other ppl like me.

I didnt really specify what i was looking for. Alright i will start over. When lookin at the scroll producton skill, i cant make power tier yet becuase i dont have the skill yet. where can i buy or trade for this skill which is the power tier skill to make the power tier..?,?

how come I can't find it ? has it changed in the few monthes since this last post ? I can't find any Power scroll from ruby or any of the other skill masters (elderine ones)... has anyone seen where the power scroll has gone ?

The power production scroll should still be there. Make sure you're looking under alchemy.
