Well ive been peed that i couldnt find a single one bfore then a higher lv told me were to look an how to raise my chances alot. The only requirement being lv 50. Theres a lv dungeon called Bonds Of Darkness. Thats the only place these elusive weps have been found or gotten but very rare. The way to enhance ur chances is this way:

get a gathering touch enchant from the fiesta store. go on tuesdays or thursdays. (for some reason days make a difference on how u get items) after doing that just go hunting an make sure if u bought that u buy the bless of teva to in case u die alot. Another way is wait on days were the GMs raise the drop lvs of the server. Best time to especially if u got the gatherer pack on to. anyways this is my insight. u can believe me or not an for those holding the secret -.- the secrets out... XP

oh forgot to add that the free way is harder but at least I told you the local XD
