I get that error on my laptop when I have been logged in for long periods of time. When I setup a shop and leave it on for a couple of days, then i will start to have that error all the time. It seems to help if I restart the computer. Other than that I can't help you. There may be a setting that can be changed to help but one of the many, much smarter people will have to answer that for you.

To put it in layman's terms:

A buffer overflow is usually the result of your computer receiving more packets of data than it can handle. Some older computers, for instance, may not be able to handle an excess amount of conversation, such as in Roumen with the spam.

I have the same problem as well. I have only ever noticed the issue when I spend too much time in Roumen. Now if im having the issue, and I scroll out of Roumen and then go back, im fine. I think it has to do with like, total conversations you are around or something like that. Cause I did notice that fiesta keeps an area chat log. If this log fills up, it could cause a buffer overrun.
