Does outspark ban foreign IPs?

A long time ago I heard of outspark's fiesta, but i couldnt login so i later uninstalled it and forgot about it. but sometime later, my fren introduced me to gamengames fiesta, in which i could log in without any difficulty. this same person also told me the outspark blocks all non-american IPs. however, i know of another non-american fren who "accidently" played outspark for a while (and later moved to g&g cos I was there xD)... I also heard of some other foreigners in outspark... so i was wondering are foreign IPs blocked or not? because it seems that outspark has so much more content... maybe i could play both?

They do say it's blocked.

Download it and try it. I think they banned Korean IPs and maybe a few others because they have thier own Fiesta. But, I know that a lot of my friends are not playing off of US IPs. So, all I can tell you is to try it. :)

The only IP they have blocked is China, and probably Korea and Japan since they have their own versions of the game. Outsparks Fiesta isn't just for Americans, its for Western gamers. Its just that this versions publisher location is in the USA, but doesn't mean its only for the US.

Taiwan too.

GamenGame/kFiesta do advertise it for US, Canada, & Mexico, though.

Although it really isn't. I hope Outspark doesn't pull another move like it did with China.

With proxies everywhere they're really banning no one... unless those players are just plain idiots that know nothing about networking. :p Also the funniest thing ever is that there are ways to bypass xtrap way before they even implemented it lol.

I know, I really hope Outspark isn't narrow minded enough to block say... Australia. xD

Although for a few hours/days the spamers were 90% gone. It's common knowledge that most of those sites are HQed in China or Taiwan. I mean, you can ask them and thye won't deny it.

I live in Europe and I've never had any trouble (apart from the server issues we all suffer from) playing. I do hope that in the future it will stay this way, cause none of my friends live in Europe and if we'd get a European version and get banned from this one I'd be too lonely T.T

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. all i can say is, i hope they block australia if it means we get our own server. because man. lag. Australia would be a great place to have a server all of australasia and indonesia could connect and get a very nice ping. But will they be narrow minded enough to just forget about us. probably. oh and unless you want to start a bitter fued with chinese, dont say china and taiwan like they are different countries.
