how do i claim my prize from mmosite

seems i won a prize form mmosite christmas event but somehow the customer support didnt work for me, anyone here play the event as wall? how can I claim my prize? plz help

Isn't that a completely different website? You probably shouldn't post that in Fiesta General.

Ah, I see.

I've never used MMOsite, but I'd imagine you PM the contest administrator your e-mail address or something like that to claim your prize.
