At that level do all the NPC Quests you can and do as many KQs as you can ^^

A general tip on regular leveling would be to keep killing orange monsters :)

Do quests, KQ heaps and I mean heaps. Also do what Leona said by sticking to orange monsters, it helps and drops are also good. Also when you get high enough you can try to get someone to plvl you.

A solo'er wants to stick to red monsters. Orange has reduced exp at a certain level.

So, how do you tell if you can handle it? If you have to use potions are stones, dont solo it. If you can kill a red without using any potions and stones your all good. Also pick something fast - swords are too slow for these purposes which is why axes come out on top.

Although is true orange monsters have a xp penalty, they are safer than red monsters, and not everyone is able to kill Red Monsters safely :).
