Skill Empowerment Q?
 

Hey I'm a LV 31 Cleric "Yeah its me again" I have used none of my 15 empowerments yet. My questions are 1. Is it a one time use like skill stats? and 2. Does it work for entire entire skill or just the listed level? Example I put level 5 healing in to be empowered. Does this effect all of the other healing LVs or I only works on that LV5? Thanks in advance. Chapel

1. Yes its a one time use but you can change it before u finalize it.
2. it works on all the skill levels, ex. i use empower cast cool down on lvl 1 it will still lower cast time on lvl 5
