i've got 2 problems...
 

1. i ran the launcher, then a message "unable to connect to patch update server blahblahblah" wat do i do? i cant dl the manual patch cos of my 2nd problem.

2. i go to outspark.com(or anything related to it) and nothing shows up. did someone kill outspark? or issit just me?

*edit* sry huever i troubled to look into this, seems like it was just a temporary problem

But to awnser you question,
Many people are having this problem,
many are not,
Some people game works site doesnt,
soem people game doesnt site works,
other people may have the combination of both,
site works and game works,
or
site dosent and game doesnt.
Outspark is trying to figure out the problem as i type this,
