Fiesta Fan Forums - Recruitment for Fiesta Online (NA) volunteer MODs

Greetings Isyans!

We are currently recruiting volunteer Moderators to join our ranks to maintain peace and bring entertainment to the wonderful world of Fiesta Online. As a MOD, one needs to be willing to spend some of their free time monitoring the forums, creating/hosting events (both in game and on the forums) as well as generally interacting with the community; reading player threads, forwarding feedback, etc.

The MOD team takes great pride in their work and believe strongly in the potential of the game and its community.

- Monitoring forums for spam and other rule breaking posts.

- Make sure that the forum rules and TOS are being respected.

- Help players with gameplay questions---forwarding threads/ideas to the appropriate outlet.

- Resolve player conflicts.

- Help plan, organize and host events.

- Communicate and interact with players in threads.

- Must be 18 years or older.

- Must be fluent in the English language.

- Must be able to remain professional in any situation.

- Must have Good social skills

- Must possess distinguished knowledge of the game,the forums and the rules.

- Must have the ability to take constructive criticism

- Must be able to work individually as well as with others on the team.

- Must be willing to spend at least 1-2 hours daily to MOD tasks.

- Must have enthusiasm for the game, the community and the position.

- Must be willing to be trained in order to learn the ins and outs of being a MOD.

- Bonus: having previous experience in the same/similar position.
