Character Restoration Amnesty Period
 

Greetings Isyans!



The Crusader class release is almost here, but any account must have a level 60 character on it in order to be able to create a new class character. It has come to our attention that many players have deleted level 60 characters in the past and now do not have one ready for the Crusader class. So, we are going to be having a special amnesty period where you can write in a ticket to support to get a level 60 character restored in order to create a Crusader. Details on this one time only offer can be found below.



- The Amnesty period will be only between Wednesday, July 24th and Thursday, August 15th



- Tickets must be submitted in this time frame, any tickets submitted after August 15th will not be considered

- Only ONE character can be restored per individual account

- The character being restored must have been at least level 60 when it was deleted

- Requests for item, quest, or any other restorations will not be considered; only character restorations!

- All restoration requests must be submitted through the support ticket system (click here to submit a ticket: https://support.gamigo.com/index.php...guage/Change/1)

- Private message, in-game, or any other forms of request will not be considered

- The character being restored must be on the account that is being used to submit the ticket to support
