How do I... ?

Forget something that is so horrific and disturbing that it is forever burned into my brain? After watching what I just watched (won't say what it is) my stomach committed suicide. And I feel like vomiting myself inside out due to its grotesque nature. What can I do to forget such an atrocious thing? Dx
