My friends does that to Singaporeans.

Whenever she talks to Singaporeans, she'll start using her Singaporean accent when she normally doesn't have an accent.

My friend naturally has one of those voices you talk to little kids with x3 So when she talks to little kids...it sounds the same xD

by singaporeans, which race are you referring to? i do notice that we have very diluted accent from our origins.
i been told i have an accent-less voice before, not sure if it still stands today though hahahas.

Sounds like it has hints of English(as in UK) or Australian. I wish I remembered my friends mom's accent x.x she was from Singapore. I'm convinced that ladies goal was to feed people to death *glare*
