The thing with that kind of training is that not only do you need to teach knowledge about the company stuff (Which is what you really only want to train for) but you need to teach them SURVIVAL SKILLS IN ADMINISTRATION =_=

I know......... I have use right click Copy, right click Paste so they can follow what I'm doing Zzzz..

What's the point of writing it all down if you're not gonna understand what you wrote and not refer back to it when you need it?!?!?!?!?

I even pointed her own notes to the step that she needs to do and she's still like "I don't know where I'm going."

I thought we asked for someone that's sound in computer knowledge...

I guess we can't help it if people THOUGHT they were sound in computer knowledge..

Maybe I've made the system here at work too complicated for an average person to work it..
