I've got the new Google Privacy notification in my face everywhere, so I finally clicked on it to see what the changes are...

Makes me think I need to learn how to use Google more efficiently..

All these gmail, youtube, calendar, G+, maps, documents.. and picasa? could apparently all work together but I'm not familiar with all the settings and how one thing effects another..

Anyone got any tips? What are some functions that are potentially useful? Like do you update your calendar in gmail and it syncs with your phone and all that?

I use Google calendars and it syncs with my iPod.
