Youtube new format - feedback

So with the new youtube look, there's that google feedback feature that's SO cool. you can highlight areas of problems and black out any personal info.

but I wonder who can see these feedback cos I don't see why anyone would need to black out info if youtube can somehow retrieve the data anyway.

Yeah, I saw that on Google+ a few days back. Pretty nice not having to manually edit a screenshot.
