You'll need to be a bit more specific please. Where are these symbols? At which point of the logging in process do you fail? Do you have any screenshots you can post?

Your computer may not be able to handle the minimum Requirements of the game.
Check again to make sure;

Operating System - WindowsXP, Windows Vista

CPU - Intel Pentium IV 1.6GHz or equivalent

RAM - 512MB

HD SPACE - 3GB

GRAPHIC CARD - nVIDIA GeForce MX or equivalent

DIRECTX - DirectX 9.0c or higher

CONNETION SPEED - DSL (128kpbs) or better

So these symbols appear right after you've typed in your eMail and password in the launcher?

I guess all you can try is re-install, and if that fails, update your graphic drivers, (also check if your system is compatible as Krowley said), and as a last option re-download the game.

Also if that didn't fix your issue, submit a ticket to OutSpark CSR with a screen shot of the dialog you're describing as well as the following:

1)Operating System [as well as 32/64 bit, that's something they will need to know as well],
2)CPU,
3)Amount of RAM/ Type of RAM,
4)Video Card Model

Out Spark CSR is usually good on these matters and can give you a better explanation, and in the future they may even work on making the game more compatible with the computer you are trying to run it on if they see it as an issue.
