What do you mean "sign-up ways"?
Also, you can do surveys to get free SC. I don't do it though because all surveys in my country offers in mobile. :cries:
Also try get an Ultimate Game Card and redeem the code. Not sure how it works though either you get an SC amount or some SC item from the store. :angel:

You can do surveys for "free" sparkcash. However it is asking for your email to be bombarded with offers and spam. The amount of sparkcash you get in return for those offers is horrible... if you need sparkcash and have some in game gold, look for a gifter. Only reliable way I know of to get ahold of some sc without forking over real world $$
