ok its there any kind of guide of how to price items cuz im tierd of asking and i would like to learn how to price the item my self. Can anyone help me ô.ô?

Basically look around vendors in eldy/uruga so you know general prices, then drop the price a bit/sell at the same price if that person's things are selling quickly.
