Well try to find other torrents. You've probably already tried that but uhm... yeah xD If you're just trying TPB then try isohunt and stuff.

Also be sure if online play can be gotten just by downloading the game, most games (at least now-a-days) needs codes and shieett that you get when you buy the game.

Getting the GTA games to do multiplayer is an absolute pain in the ass, if you're trying to host your own server. I did some Vice City stuff the other day. It was kinda meh.
