At level 36 as a mage whats the best tactic to level up to level 42?

i think the best way to level as any class at least up to where i am now is doing KQ's (other than pvp) whenever you can and trying to get those quests done. outside of that i'm not sure about mage. i got mine to 20 and quit, i couldn't handle the squishyness ;_;.

i started when there was no such thing as izyel... so i got all the quests at 36 and spammed them with a lev 50 full end godly tank... finished all the way to iron golem in 1 hour cuz i slacked...
