Today, I logged onto Fiesta and then I clicked my server. When it went to the character screen (where you select your character before loading the map), all my characters were gone. I went back to the Fiesta OS website and I logged in there and according to that I still have all my characters. Has anyone else had this problem before? I am planning to contact a CSR if no one can answer my question here, thanks.

I can see three possibilities: Hacked account, data loss on the server end, or... you clicked the wrong server. :p

Try logging in on other servers, maybe your characters are placed elsewhere.

They re-ordered the servers so Cypion is on top instead of bottom O___o
