It's so convincing!!!!!

Eh, I don't really think it sounds that much alike. I've seen a lot more convincing plagiarism accusations. Also, the songs only sound similar when compared like that. If you were to listen to the snsd song individually, it really doesn't sound like BTW.

I have listened to the SNSD song individually. If you get rid of the extra details (like the "I'm sorry, sorry!" bits), then the chordal progressions are basically the same in both songs and the structure of the song is really similar (especially if you listen to the backing beats).

But the chord progression and structure of ALL dance music is nearly identical...

Well, I was going to say something about that, but I didn't want to disturb anyone overly with the fact that nearly all Western music is a variation on a theme. It's a barely kept secret we musicians try not to let out too much, lest our brothers working in the field lose their gigs, heh.
