Boss Bombardment

Can someone give me a quick summary of what it is? And what are the prizes for it? And what lvls benefit off it? The outspark event calender doesn't really explain what it is.

only for epic exp, and leaching

lvl 60 paladin = 10k + xp per 10min... for a CLERIC GETTING 1 HITTED BY AOE
