jesus i have been looking for this thing for 2 days now - ive slayed about 500 human type monsters .... no luck at all - any tips or ideas guys?? :/ :(

Have you tried Vine Tomb? It's a level 40ish place if you solo. Or level 30ish. I forgot now. But yes, Vine Tomb mobs drop them.

Confirming what blahs says - Hobs in Vine Tomb do indeed drop Signs of Trace.

Or if you have any alchemy stones and some vanished signs, I can compose them for you and turn them into Sign of Trace.

i did manage to get sign of tyrace from something and considering my level at the time it had to have been grave robbers

Yeah, the sign of trace's are found by grave robbers. I found quite a few in Luminous Stone.. place.
