Hi, I'm pretty new at this game. The first time I played it was like 2 or 3 years ago, but I stopped playing many times. Now I'm with a Lv. 33 Cleric, and I want to know if I spent my skill points wisely...
I only spent 10, all of them in Heal. I have +5 in Cool Time, and +5 in Healing Power. I don't like to spend SK in reset items, so I want to know if I'm doing ok, and which skills should I raise now. PD: This is my first thread, just loved the site :cutielove: Thanks! |
Welcome.
You may want to spend points in Invincible cooldown and/or duration; power and cooldown on Bash; power and cooldown on Bleed/Trip (depends on which weapon you pick); and... well, that's all I know from when I played so a more recent player may say otherwise or add to it. |
U spent them awesomely... I was on my first character and had no one to guide me so I wasted alot... U should put full power and cooldown for bash if u are in a country like sinapore where no one plays when rue awake, it's pretty important cuz u will nix to grind a little... It's also EXTREMELY IMPORTANT in ur lvl 60 promo quest...

maybe some restore,im a lvl 40 now and my bash hits harder than the lvl 40 melee atack for hammer.

You will also want to put full points in cooldown and power for rejuvenate. It's a very important heal skill. Unless you plan on going into combat a bunch, you only really need CD on your attack skills. Power doesn't add much damage, sadly. When you get into the upper levels, the damage it adds isn't terribly important. Also, clerics tend to be in a lot of parties after 60 either to aoe for experience or raid dungeons and instances. Therefore you tend to be healing more than attacking anyways. Adding to invincible like the others suggested is very helpful, for either invincing yourself or a party member. It comes in handy in aoe parties as well.
Later when you get the awaken skill, it is very nice to have full cooldown. It's an aoe heal that doesn't necessarily heal much, but the animation is very short and it has no cast time, unlike the other aoe heal. It really helps out in a pinch, although you have to be careful because awaken is a heal agro magnet. Also, it isn't necessary to add anything to the heal skills that heal a little over time. They help out a little bit, although the bulk of your healing is done with the other skills. |
I disagree with power into rejuv cuz it's already good enough... But I support cooldown. The only reason why I dun do that is because it's hard to find a pty in Singapore.

Well...power in rejuv isn't terribly needed until the upper levels when you're trying to heal back hp and someone has 10k+ health. By then it's pretty much essential.

Well, now I see how noon I am... I am only aiming for lvl 60 on my first char... When I am a paladin, I'm gonna enjoy a new hobby... Flying a kite of poisoned deadly monsters
