lev 60 job change for clerics
 

what was outspark thinking when they made the lev 60 Job change?!?!?!?!?!?!? the clerics abilities are specifically targeted...

1. the zombies high poison rate makes it pointless to cure...
2. the clerics worst enemy... stun... is found in gambler king joker
3. we have no aoes and heals ability to draw aggro in part 3 is reduced...
4. we can't heal roumen and elderine.
5. our damage is lowest and we have fewest dd skills to get the mobs aggro off those two...

WTF... I only get 2 hours a day and a swore I would be a paladin (first character) by end of December...

I don't know that your problem is, I beat the job change as a cleric on my first try x3
1. At least you can heal it. Imagine being a mage xD low HP +poison = bad xD
2. So bring a few stones xD
3. tab through them all, just worked fine for me.
4. the other classes can't either XDDD
5. oh well, like i said, TAB and bash xD And healing takes a fair amount of aggro.


It's supposed to be difficult. Each class has thier own problems while doing it x3 Just keep trying.

well i will give you my trick, i know its true clerics do have low damage and it might be quite hard to take agro from roumen and eldy since we dont have any aoes, but theres one kind of agro that clerics can have O,o... we call it "HEAL AGRO" the more hp healed the more agro you get, so when you are going to do the 3rd part of job change take off your shield and a piece or two of your gears, always run to the mobs right when they spawn, specially by the side of elderine since shes weaker than roumen, spam rejuvenate as much as you can while spaming tab and bash, i have done this on 3 clerics and it has worked fine for me ^^ good luck

Was it really that bad? I mean like said earlier, u have heal aggro!

It's honestly not that bad. To be honest, i wish they'd revamp it for the other 3 classes, as for the clerics, it kinda teaches you the fundamentals of being a clanker, and shows you how to heal to make sure you do or don't tank aggro, depending on the situation.

It isn't that hard to pull off, first, get T3 scrolls and use them, then you can withstand anything they throw at you. Then, when you are in the final section, stay near Eldy and run through the mobs heading for her on the way toward Roumen, By doing this, she barely gets touched and you can tab through all the mobs to kill them fairly easily. Honestly, the hardest part of part 3 is not being bored to death waiting for the next waves to come.

but clerics best ability IS to heal. not being able to heal them puts them at a disadvantige to the other classes because of their sucky damage.

how dare you say such a thing. true that clerics can support other classes, but that they are soley for support is blasphemy. if clerics are just support, how can they be expected to do anything by themselves? including pass the job change. yes there are a LOT of balance issues with them, but support? thats a low blow on the problem with balance. every class has a way to "support" the other classes in a party. healing is NOT support, otherwise clerics couldn't heal themselves. think about it. :hulksmash:

Yeah it was pretty easy for me on my cleric, in fact I got kingdom quest titles from the first part by doing it so much. And for the 3rd part, as people have been saying, just use heal and rejuvinate a lot and tab the mobs. Should work out pretty well.

Doing it as a cleric is nothing :zzz: I first hit lvl 60 on my mage Q.Q
