Windows XP SP3

Should I bother with the dl? It's in the windows update thing and I was going to install it but it took forever so I canceled itxD. Is upgrading from SP2 to SP3 something I should probably do?

It MIGHT help with LoL actually... I wonder if I ever had the LoL problem after I reformatted (I got SP3 after reformatting). I think it happened less o-o
