There are cash shop items called Extenders that gives you extra HP.

First, go max endurance build, then max end on all items. Enhance all jewelry to +9 looking for max end again. Then, T4 Vitality scroll. Then, Cash shop items - 50% extender, mighty potion, and mini pets. That should get you there.
