She's doing an elaborate beauty routine on the subway. The subway management asks that you don't do it on the subway. Also, the guy with no eyes in the background is rather creepy. Those might be glasses, but it's still disturbing nonetheless.

I <3 the Japanese! If anything is annoying to the public then they'll make it a common courtesy to not do it in public.. talking on the phone, blowing your nose, walking and smoking...

Here people just complain about being a nanny state.. selfish whingers..
