People rarely torrent korean stuff. I also like to go for www.4shared.com for songs, but sometimes the rare-ish korean songs won't be on there (but most popular ones will).

For videos and stuff you'll have to find forums that post the megaupload/mediafire links for uploaded vids.

Bad thing about these forums are that you usually need a certain amount of post to be able to download vids and such. Just fangirl it and spam without spamming your way into the required post count.
