if you have a license already on a weapon, and u go to lvl up that license, and the monsters name is in white-meaning u can't lvl up the license-can you apply a new license in place of the one that won't lvl up?

The reason I ask is that I have a Baby Bat License on my 2-handed sword, I'm lvl 30, and the license wouldn't lvl up when I tried. I just want to know if replacing it with another license will work.

dont think you can replace a license but you could always get new licenses btw you can only get 3 licenses per weapon

Yes, up to 3 license per weapon..

I believe there's a cash shop item that can remove a license too..
