They talk!
 

Today lvramire and I were going through Collapsed Prison, looking for these two bots, unfortunately, they weren't there today, but the 3rd bot of the trio was there. He ran up and hit the same bat as her, and to my surprise, she said "Don't ks pls". lvramire is 100% sure she is of the botting sort, because he's seen her in the back of CP fighting with Encese and Ancese various times before.(two bots that are always in the back of CP)
He attacked the same bat as her again and ran off with aggro, seeing if she'd follow. She followed, still attacking, and just replied with, "?".
He began to attempt conversing with her. He asked her where Ancese and Encese were, and if she liked shrimp. He asked her if she remembered him, he was watching her with Encese the other night, but she didn't reply. I was next to her when a prisoner spawned and began attacking me, I then began attacking it. She didn't even attack, but she said "Don't ks pls". We stood around watching her, she'd say random things, like in the middle of fighting, with no one around or near her, she'd say "wait", then afew minutes later "ya".
I assume she automatically responds to things, or randomly says things to make it look like she isn't a bot.

I was just amused that one was talking. Forgive me if this is nothing new, it is to me ;p

I should have taken a screenshot D: Oh well, I guess I'll go do that later.

Ooh! I saw that too. Not in CP, but I have been working my lower level fighter in the Sea of Greed, and there is always a group of bots in there also. Last night when I was playing, there was only one and me and him were the only ones around, and he would randomly say "wait" and I would look around to see who he was talking to. I thought maybe he was in the wrong chat or something, lol.

Sneaksy ones they are! Nothing gets past those with a soul!

I think they have people surf the forums and such to see what is being said about them. Then they try to correct it so that it makes it harder for us to know they are a bot.

I am actually doing research on botting programs now and how to defeat them. A bot with auto programmed chat is actually rather easy to make. And rather easy to see through. Instead of general chat, send them a whisper or talk to them in shout.

Rush went bot-hunting today and I already PMed Stem on the official forums with pics and all.I did the report Yos, no need for you to do it. :)

The high-level bots in CP make me mad though.

HAHAH that's funny! i've been told that bots from other game talk... (apparently in CS they'll hv two bots talking to each other "F*** you! You Bastard!" etc etc)

is it often u find 1 bot by themselves? i thought they usually come in a party

I think that if they're in a party that they are much easier to identify as bots...maybe that's it.

I did whisper a bot today. It was a party with one freely moving person, with 4 bots trailing after him. Two of his party members were in a guild thats notorious for having bots. We warred them, and killed two of the bots, well, 3, one was in MT, we were at GC at this time. Then one of them was removed from the guild, so we couldn't kill him anymore. I sent him a whisper "Hello! I know you're there! ^^", but I guess he continued to ignore me.
