Activision Boss Loses Legal Battle Over Sexual Harassment Case

This one stirred up quite a bit, if I recall correctly. This guy is hated by a lot of people. I personally hate his immoral but effective business tactics.

The problem I see with this happening is that gamers will be footing the bill.
