So my baby fighter is now level 60..

I've got 3 spare skill points after empowering my devastate and power hit.. (i'm an axe user unless tanking)

So wat else is worth putting my skills in at higher level?

Whirlwind has an insane cool down time (3 mins) but I'm not sure if thats worth empowering..

Shall I save up my points for something else?

Have you fully powered up devastate? If you put 5 on CD and 5 on duration then you get almost a 50% 'stun' time, VERY nice for PVP. Fatal slash as well to help make every hit that stronger. Ah well, these are newb pointers that I am sure you've already thought of. Next set of skills are a LONG way off so might as well use em now on something fun!

Yeah i think i've put like 16 points in devestate xD Started working on SP consumption then changed my mind..

is precise attack (i think that's wat its called) worth empowering?

Toughness? She uses an axe :D Sorry, toughness is only for 1h&shield. CD isn't a problem because duration is 30 secs, CD is only 6 secs. Precise attack (2h skill) is pretty good but 50 secs of cooldown takes it out of the shot rotation unless you are in a REALLY long fight. Hard to say which would help more CD or power-up. I would go with power-up points and use it as an opening strike.

This is good advice still lv 43 so wile to go is whirlwind realy good besides being the figters 2 aoe out of 3 or 4

Well I think if youre going to plan on tanking a bit, CD into mock would be good. And you should completely power up Devastate, if you havent already.

What i'd recommend for an axe user is :

Devastate
CD - 5 points
Duration - 5 points

Vitality
CD - 5 points
Duration 1 point or 5 points (5 points if you want that extra 15 seconds to make it 30 seconds, otherwise 1 points suffices to add 15 seconds to the duration)

PowerHit
CD - 5 points

Fatal Slash
CD - 5 points

Bone Slicer
CD - 5 points

Immobilize
CD - 5 points

Precise Attack
CD - 5 points


Also, since you tank at times as well, you may as well add 5 points into the CD of Mock.
