Fighting Game Question
 

Anyone have any tips on how to pull off the standard Shoryuken/Dragonpunch/Forward-down-Downforward?

I know the basic movement and all that, but whenever i pull it off, it goes into the hadokken-type move. @_@

This is in Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, if that's relevant at all.

down+forward (2x)-Y
or
down+forward(2x)-triangle (if playing on Playstation)

(it might be different from the SSFIV controls though, but you could try it)

I wanted to get SSF4 but dunno whether it's worth it.


Guess I'll just wait for Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Hope they don't put out 'Super' or 'Ultra' Editions or anything -.-

i still cant figure it out @_@;;

i do the right motion and everything, right down to a T, but it still doesnt count the move. it goes straight into the hadokken. :|

im playing Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, so maybe that's why... i dunno @_@

Nvm, finally figured it out...

i hope they have some good music in MvC3 like in MvC2
