No, I didn't get one of those for UndeadMonkey, my archer. When I started leveling him about 5 weeks ago, I went ahead and got him the green dragon. If I had only known - unfortunately, you can't change the permanent items between characters. The name of the character comes from my favorite character in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, the undead monkey. If I had known I would have had to tank most of my Mini dragon KQs on my damn archer, I might of named him something different, but he didn't die much, so.......:devil:

Yeah I wish I could switch my perm stuff between my characters..

I've got the earth day set for my archer.. which I quite like.. but I can't put any other costume on it coz it takes up 3 space and its such a waste of space..

it's surprising how non-tanks could tank MD as long as you've got the right gear/scroll! On my tank, I often have another archer or mage helping me 2nd tank when I get feared... wat do all the other fighters do? Sit in the back and shroom.. don't even bother MC...

My being a cleric I always ended up tanking MD :p Tho I have said that before.... But I did used to enjoy it so much XP I'm sad i can't do it anymore....

It feels especially great when those other useless noobs go "you can't tank! You're a cleric/archer/mage!" and you totally prove them wrong... OH YEAH! Eat that!

My problem was always that unless there were 2 good tanks - hard to find at that level - my archer would pull agro as soon as the first tank would get feared, and usually I would keep it for most of the rest of the KQ. Something about a +9 bow with all equips having high str with a str/spr build, I don't know. It was funny, one of the last MDs I did, a L58 fighter tried to tank, but couldn't pull agro off of me, then when I was feared, a L60 mage friend of mine would take over and the "tank" couldn't get agro from her either. She and I tanked multiple times together from L55 on. Aaaaahhhhhh, good times, good times.....:laugh:

I must say.. fighter's kick/mock sometimes is underpowered, especially against these high dmg DDers...

if you really want them to have the aggro, I usually just go normal shots and stop spamming my skills..

but then making a fighter feel weak is also fun xD
