Another week? Two weeks?
 

So, I want to get my moped license. I got a moped for my birthday 2weeks ago. I thought tonight would be when I got to take the test and get this over with. However....

They won't accept the copy of my Birth Certificate from the school at SOS. I need an original. Because my mother hasn't sent it to me, I don't have it. Also need my social security card. Mom has that too. I don't understand why they didn't give us ALL the info the first time we went to SOS. Bah.

My mom e-mailed me back saying she would send them in the mail tomorrow. She freaking denied having either thing last fall when I was asking for them over and over for school. My school only allowed me back because I had gone there for almost 9yrs AND my file was in the dead files, so they still had everything.

Now I have to wait till next to week to get this all done since I won't get my birth certificate and SS card in the mail till Sat. at the earliest. Sigh. Who knows whats going on next week though.

So yeah.. another week? My birthday was two weeks ago. </3

And before any of you say anything about getting a moped license-

I am getting one because:

1. I'd have no car to drive even if I got my actual license.
2. Even if I did get a license.. no job to pay for car insurance (Wouldn't pay enough anyways :/)
3. I really only go places during nice months (Spring/Summer)
4. Gas for mopeds = hella cheap
5. AT LEAST IT'S SOME KIND OF TRANSPORTATION

You need to follow the rules of the road just like every other motor vehicle. Otherwise you are putting yourself, and possibly others at risk.

You have to register mopeds around here.

If you have a driver's license.. you don't need a moped license. Still need to register the moped though.

Not in Russia. No licence, no registration. Lol.

LOL here you get your learners first.. you can go for this @ 16 .. and have it for a year. You can drive a moped with it that's under 50cc, and can drive with a person in the vehicle that has their full lic and is over 25 + 1 other passenger... then you can get your N which you get for another 2 years ( 1.4 for me ;) I'm taking young drivers )

I can get my license right now if I were to take both sessions on Driver's ED. full license (No restrictions) at like 18 or whatever.

When I mean no restrictions, I mean driving at certain times of night.

LOL only time you can't drive with your L is 12pm-5am, and your N has no restrictions on time, but you can only have 1 passenger + immediate family.
