As a part time job I help my bf's mobile yatai (you can Google if you don't know)... a customer comes along and since I was still in the middle of cooking up a fresh batch I tell her it'll be 10 min. She then asks if I can make it sooner. If I could I wouldn't have told you 10 min?!

Takes every fibre in my body to not roll my eyes and shoot off a sarcastic remark to these ppl at times.

"Do you want this raw miss?"

I've always wanted to try Yatai! But I don't know where to go for it.. even when I was in Japan..
