Cursed Knight Lord
 

OK, all of the higher levels have gone through this crap, but since I'm dealing with it now, it's time to rant. Cursed Knight Lord has got to be the biggest pain in the ass boss in the game. I'm getting close to L95, so I want to try and get a nice BKR drop for the rest of the way to capping (about Christmas at my current rate). I've soloed the damn thing about 30 times now, and for my trouble I've gotten 1 Prescious Sign and a blue egg. What makes it even worse is that the thing takes me about 8 minutes to kill fully CS'd and scrolled. I thought that was bad until I watched a 94 fighter with an 85 mage take 10 minutes last night. To top it off, it only gives about 25,000 points - the Cursed Knight Golds give more points and take about 10 seconds to kill. What the F.........!!!!!!!!!! (I know, this is a family show.....)

but OS seriously needs to get their act together... A boss of that magnitude should give you much more exp than what it gives you...

Yeah, but look at the circumstances - fully charmed, CS costume with bonus that add up to about 25crit, my 90BK hammer is +10 rated at over 3000 damage, add in bonus strength from the hammer, armor and jewelry at over 250, plus I go fully buffed and scrolled - well, you get the picture. I don't think either of them were scrolled and they only had my endurance buff I gave them when they were attacking CKL. Couldn't tell you if they were CSing at all. Still, I was a little shocked since the fighter was using an axe.

When you solo as much as I do - and that would be all the time - and you are a cleric, you have to go to the extreme to be able to kill with any speed. And I like to kill things..... :devil:

I took the alternative path - I gave up my cleric. LOL

I kill it in about 10 minutes solo on fighter (lvl 86) and out of all the times ive killed it not one thing has dropped...

I probably killed it 300-400 times or more, and got a total of 5 BKR drops. A bow with 51str, Axe with 54str 8dex 18int, Axe with 48str and a little end/spr, XBow with 50str 35end, and Axe with 42str and a couple little stats. Takes me about 2 minutes to kill it now with an axe, though I tackled it when I was level 75 before they nerfed everything, and it literally took me 40minutes to kill with a 1h/shield (I posted in 'All the Glory' when I did it lol!) What a change!
