It looks like an ebay.. reckon it's safe to buy from them if I look out for things the way I do in ebay? (rating, shipping etc)

Hm.. looks shifty. I'm not sure that it's like eBay though. I didn't spend too long looking over information but the way that people make it sound, dhgate is a wholesaler, not an auction house.

I dunno.

I did a Google search and most stuff turned up negative.

I assumed it's selling items in lots (packs of 10, 100 etc) rather than individual like ebay...

I read up on it... It actually is a legit site... but it has some major flaws that it needs to work out... I would say that you should not use it until they fix it.
