King Coll Brothers Quest

At lvl 51, in theory i must get this quest but i did not get it and I don't know why :S
Somebody have any idea about that?

That quest should be with Blacksmith Karls.. talk to him.. if you've got an existing quest with him, click on "Quest List" that should bring up all the other quest that you can accept from him.
