I still think they hit on a clunker of a name with iPad. I can't help but think of feminine hygiene products. Or, as my grandmother used to call it, a sanitary napkin.

My mom calls them crabby paddies. But by default, I support this item a little more than the iPad, simply because I think apples devices are becoming more and more money draining, and more and more useless, despite how many features they have.

Another company for Apple to sue? XD

after this article, i wouldnt be shocked if they sued everyone for stealing the concept of touch in general.

Well I can't be bothered researching, but I doubt that the touch screen technology was developed by Apple.. so who ever came up with the touch screen technology should sue apple!!

The DS came out far before the iPhone, and other, less detailed touch screens were around before that... therefore, i dont think its neccesarily the touchscreen technology they're suing over, but rather components within the device that allow it to function; not the concept, but the things that help the concept work. Perhaps it doesnt even have to do with touch whatsoever, but rather something that makes it operate, or its charging mechanism. it could be a multitude of things.
